System installed three years ago and all working well, have had further building works carried out over the last two weeks resulting in system needing an edit to the duct runs - easily scheduled in to fit in with the works. Then had two incidents where needed urgent attention from rega due to other trades damaging duct work that was about to be boxed in and rega saved the day both times with a very quick response in getting someone out to help us out and keep the works moving along to plan. Good back up service, which is what is most important, delivered well!
